According to an influential group of MPs we still don’t know who’s in charge when the banking system falls down.
Later today the US will tell us how its economy performed during the second quarter of the year.
We also look at why the British Retail Consortium is attacking banks for making loans to shops too expensive.
Finally, from tomorrow new rules from the telecoms regulator OFCOM will force phone providers to warn consumers about the costs of calling 0870 numbers.
