Metrovacesa says owner hands control to banks

MADRID, Feb 20 (Reuters) – The owners of Spain’s Metrovacesa
, the Sanahuja family, have reached an agreement with
creditors to hand control of the property firm to the banks, the
company said on Friday.
Creditors will receive 54.75 percent of Metrovacesa, paying
57 euros a share, each bank receiving one sixth of the stake.
